Steph Curry’s injury is not as serious as initially believed
There’s cause for hope in the Bay Area, according to sources, as preliminary findings indicate that Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors may have averted a major ankle injury. Following an ungainly landing during the Warriors’ Thursday loss to the Chicago Bulls, there were grave worries regarding the talisman. Even though it’s known that Curry willIt doesn’t seem like his season has been ruined even if he might miss a few games. The 35-year-old had “his foot in a bucket of ice” in the locker room after Thursday’s game, according to head coach Steve Kerr of the Warriors.

In the latter part of the fourth quarter of the game, Curry seemed to roll his right ankle while driving to the rim. With four minutes remaining in the game, he headed straight to the locker room after being spotted hobbling on the court in the moments that followed. It made sense that he was trying to walk off the injury.

In all honesty, Curry’s injury was a turning point in the game since it was obvious how his absence affected the result. With seven seconds remaining, freshman Brandin Podziemski missed a basket that would have tied the game at point-blank range. Lester Quinones, Curry’s substitute, then missed a game-winning half-court shot as the buzzer sounded. It goes without saying that neither player was the reason for the Warriors’ defeat, but Curry was definitely missed.
