Breaking: Titans becomes favorite to land a 25-year old QB worth $123.6 million

The Tennessee Titans signed head coach Brian Callahan after parting ways with Mike Vrabel this offseason. The former Bengals coordinator has worked with one of the best in the business in Joe Burrow over the last few seasons and has an eye for quarterback talent.

Will Levis voted NFL Rookie of the Week

The Titans will likely turn to young quarterback Will Levis as they prepare to kickstart the franchise. Levis came out firing with an impressive debut where he finished with 238 yards and four passing touchdowns. The 24-year-old had moments of brilliance last year and has created some real buzz entering 2024.

During the NFL combine, Callahan provided his views on Levis as the quarterback prepares for his sophomore season in the pros.

“He is competitive, he is tough, he is talented. I am excited to work with him.”

Levis had one of the best arms in his draft class but dropped to the second round before the Titans picked up the highly rated thrower. Many NFL teams may now be regretting passing on Levis.

Callahan went on to praise Levis’ relationship with his teammates and his attitude in the final stretch of the season.

“You felt that team buy into his demeanour, his style over the course of the second half of the season,” added Callahan.

Over nine games last season, Levis finished with 1808 passing yards on 149 completions. He threw for 8 touchdowns and gave up just 4 interceptions.

The Titans will look to bounce back in 2024 after missing out on the playoffs for a second straight year and finishing with a disappointing 6-11 record.
