Patriots’ Robert Kraft Reacts to Bill Belichick’s Lack of Hiring

The 2024 coaching cycle was not kind to former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick.

The six-time Super Bowl winner in Foxboro did not receive a head coach offer from any team despite interviewing with the Atlanta Falcons and Washington Commanders.

While it may come as a surprise to most across the NFL that one of the greatest modern coaches in NFL history has failed to find a new job after parting ways with the Pats, the team’s current owner made it clear to note that it wasn’t up to him in the first place.

“Well, he’s pretty special,” Patriots owner Robert Kraft told FOX News. “We were lucky to have him for a quarter of a century. We only wish him well.”
