|The Las Vegas Raiders have re-signed running back Ameer Abdullah, who has spent two seasons with the Silver and Black.
For the 2024 campaign, a vital part of the Las Vegas Raiders’ special teams will be back.
Ameer Abdullah, a running back, has been re-signed, the club announced on Friday. At thirty years old, the seasoned player will be starting his tenth NFL season and is the second-oldest running back on their current roster.
Abdullah joined the Raiders in March 2022 as an undrafted free agent, and he has played with them for the last two seasons. Since then, he has appeared in every game for the Silver and Black, amassing 19 yards through the air, 342 yards through the air, one touchdown through the air, and 543 yards from kickoff returns. Abdullah recorded 89 rushing yards on 15 tries and 131 receiving yards on 19 grabs during the previous campaign.
